Silver Dating Profile Writing Package
Help and Guidance
I want you to feel confident and proud of your new Dating Profile; a profile that expresses exactly who you are and what you are looking for. I also want you to have a Dating Profile that attracts lots of high quality men.
The way we create profiles is a unique process. We use language and a writing style that grabs a man’s attention and speaks to his head and his heart.
That’s why it’s so important to read through the guidance and tips I’ve provided below, before starting to fill out the questionnaire.

Why most profiles don’t work?
Most profiles on dating sites read the same. They’re a list of what we like doing; “I like swimming, walking in the hills, chilling on the sofa with a good film, cooking and spending time with my friends’.
There is no substance behind the lists. There’s no detail. There’s nothing about why or how or when.
There’s nothing about what’s going on inside the writer, and that’s what we really want to know, isn’t it?
What’s going to be different about your new profile?
Your profile will paint a picture about you, that is interesting and compelling and, most of all, different from all the other profiles on the site.
Your profile will grab a man’s attention and draw him in. It will show him who you are, what it would be like to be in your life and how he would fit into it.
It’s unique, just as you are.
How do you write a unique and compelling profile?
There are two keys to this.
The first is to describe how it feels and the second is to paint a picture.
For example, how does it feel to swim? How and where do you swim? Tell me about a memorable occasion when you were swimming?
Rather than saying, “I like swimming”, it’s more intriguing to read:
“I feel exhilarated after I’ve completed 100 lengths of the pool. Last year, I competed in my first open-water challenge and it felt amazing when I crossed the finish line. I was impressed how warm I was in my wet-suit!”
Why is it important to describe how it feels?
Emotions and feelings are what connects a man to us. Men are drawn to our feelings. The word ‘feel’ is compelling to a man.
When writing your questionnaire, use feeling descriptions.
You can say, “I feel…..”, “I felt….”, “It feels….”, “It felt……”
Here are some feeling words you might like to use:
Fulfilled, honoured, happy, passionate, determined, excited, amazed, enthralled, peaceful, content, absorbed, relaxed, carefree, warm, grateful, encouraged, inspired, exhilarated, ecstatic, invigorated, refreshed, giddy, mischievous, silly, curious, absorbed, enthusiastic, fascinated, surprised…….
In the example above you can see we used the feeling messages: I feel exhilarated and It felt amazing.
